Privacy
What this site collects, what it keeps in your browser, and what it deliberately does not do. Written plainly, and honest about the parts that are not finished.
Every statement of fact below describes how the site behaves today and is accurate. What is missing is the legal document itself: the registered entity, the governing jurisdiction and the clauses a lawyer has to write. Do not rely on this page as a published policy until that lands.
What we collect from a visit
Nothing automatically. This site runs no analytics script, no advertising tag and no session recorder in your browser. There is no sign-up, no form and no account, so the only way we learn anything about you is if you choose to email us, in which case we have whatever you put in that email.
Still to write: the lawful basis for handling an inbound email, how long we keep it, and where it is stored.
Cookies and local storage
The site sets no cookies. If you answer the consent banner, your answer is saved in your browser's local storage under the key planc.consent so we do not ask again; that record never leaves your device and contains only your choice and the date you made it. You can erase it at any time with the Cookie preferences control in the footer, or by clearing site data in your browser.
Still to write: a table of any cookie a future analytics or support tool introduces, with purpose and lifetime for each.
Analytics
Product analytics is not live. When it is, it will load only after you allow it in the banner, and declining will keep it off. Separately, the hosting platform keeps its own server-side request logs, and we maintain an internal reporting console that reads aggregate traffic figures from Google Analytics 4, Cloudflare and Google Search Console. That console is not published and shows totals, not individuals.
Still to write: the named analytics provider, its data-retention window, its sub-processors, and whether data leaves your region.
What the page loads from elsewhere
Typefaces are served from this domain rather than fetched from Google Fonts, so rendering the page does not tell a third party you visited. The site is served from Cloudflare's network, which necessarily processes the request in order to deliver the page. Links out to our products are ordinary links: following one puts you on that site under its own terms.
Still to write: the full sub-processor list, and a data-processing agreement reference for the hosting provider.
Your choices
You can decline analytics and keep using the site with no loss of function, change that decision later from the footer, and email us to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. Because we hold nothing unless you have written to us, that answer is usually short.
Still to write: the statutory rights that actually apply once the entity and jurisdiction are settled, and the response window we commit to.
Changes to this page
This is a draft and will be replaced by a dated policy. When that happens, material changes will be noted on this page rather than applied silently.
Still to write: a version history, and the effective date of the first published policy.
