Terms
What this site is offered under, and what is and is not being promised on it. Short on purpose, and clear about which parts a lawyer still has to write.
Every statement of fact below describes how the site behaves today and is accurate. What is missing is the legal document itself: the registered entity, the governing jurisdiction and the clauses a lawyer has to write. Do not rely on this page as a published policy until that lands.
What this site is
A description of what Planc Studio does and how to start a conversation about it. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates an engagement. Work begins when we have agreed a written scope with you, and that document governs the work, not this one.
Still to write: the registered entity name and company number that is party to any agreement, and its address.
The automations we describe
The WhatsApp and Instagram automation pages describe products that are being built and are not yet available. Their feature lists are a statement of intent, not a specification, and both may change before launch. Asking for early access puts you on a list; it is not a purchase and costs nothing.
Still to write: the terms that will apply once an automation is actually sold, including pricing, term, support and termination.
Our own products
Torbit, Hexcast and copynpaste are separate products on their own domains. Following a link to one takes you out of this site and under that product's own terms and privacy policy. Nothing on this page applies to them.
Using the site
Read it, share it, link to it. Do not attempt to break it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else, or present its content as your own. The text, the wordmark and the design are ours.
Still to write: the intellectual-property clause proper, and what licence, if any, is granted to the content on the page.
What is not promised
The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, and we do not guarantee either. Figures shown in the internal reporting console are sample data unless it says otherwise on the page.
Still to write: the warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability, which a lawyer needs to draft against the governing law below.
Governing law
To be set. Any agreement we sign with you will name the jurisdiction whose law applies and where disputes are heard.
Still to write: the governing jurisdiction, and the forum for disputes.
